Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Orbit Panic mobile application ("App") operated by Orbit Panic ("we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
Advertising
The App displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements.
User Content
The App does not allow users to submit or share content. All game data is stored locally on your device.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orbit Panic and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Game graphics, art, and visual design
- Sound effects and music
- Game mechanics and code
- The "Orbit Panic" name and logo
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORBIT PANIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Panic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
